At Simply Sport, we are striving to support the grassroots sports ecosystem in India. Sports can be a huge enabler for millions of people in India and we want to play a role of a catalyst in making this happen. ‘Breaking Barriers for women in sport’ is a first-of-its-kind pilot study published by Simply Sport that aims to understand barriers girls and women face not just to enter sports as athletes but also as coaches/ administrators and support staff. We hope this sparks a need for a larger study, and the recommendations made by this study can help inform future policies and initiatives in the women sport ecosystem in the country.

8th Jan 23: Volleyball trials were conducted along with Bangalore Torpedoes for the selection of young spikers to the Torpedoes grassroots program, which will run in the Malleshwaram indoor stadium in Bangalore.


4th Dec 22: We had a workshop on “Differential Learning in Sports” for the coaches & athletes of the Aries Sports Arena, Bangalore. Thanks to our intern Daniel Seroo from Han University, for hosting this interactive workshop.
A high-performance workshop was enabled for the selected Khelo Rugby athletes in Kolkata to help improve the acceleration and speed quotient of their game from 29th August to 1st September.
